    BAGHDAD (Reuters) - 
    Iraq's foreign ministry is seeking a UN Security Council resolution condemning countries that support terrorism, while moving to European countries to hunt down supporters of returnees to their countries.
    "There are efforts by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry to adopt a resolution by the UN Security Council to condemn all countries that support Saddam for his crimes in Iraq and other countries," Foreign Relations Committee member Khaled al-Asadi told the Sunday Times.
    He added that "consultations are under way and effort is continuing to drain the sources of terrorism, in coordination with the European Group and the United States and neighboring countries."
    He pointed out that "the subject of the participation of individuals from European countries with a preacher, should be subject to investigation, to know whether there are institutions in those countries support terrorism or are just individual participation with a preacher," noting that "the investigation of this subject is after coordination with European countries to pursue the reasons Returning to their countries in Europe, after fleeing from the front lines. "
    "European terrorists are a threat to their countries," he said. "These countries must coordinate with Iraq to benefit from their experience and intelligence on the names and plans of terrorists."
    He pointed out that "Iraq has the right to accuse and prosecute some European countries and others in support of terrorism, in the case of those countries or institutions, a sponsor of terrorism, but we may not have the authority to charge in case of terrorists infiltrators from those countries."
    He added that "there are contacts made by the Iraqi side with the European Community in full, in addition to coordination with the United States and neighboring countries to dry the sources of terrorism."
    There is a lot of consultations being conducted by the Iraqi side with European governments to determine the fate of the members of the Daash, where Iraq has, especially after the liberation, information on terrorism and its sources and plans that works according to them.
