    "Asia Cell" for mobile services, announced that it is an Iraqi company registered in Baghdad and paid to about five trillion dinars for license fees, and taxes. 
    The company's talk comes after Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi called for mobile phone companies and their headquarters in the Kurdistan Region to be under federal authority. Within the framework of punitive measures on Kurdistan after the referendum referendum. 
    The company, based in Sulaymaniyah, said in a statement that "mobile phone companies, by law, are organized by the Iraqi Information and Communications Commission and that the business licenses of the three companies (Asia Cell, Zain and Cork) are granted by them. These companies, which pay taxes on income to the General Authority for Taxes.
    "We have so far paid about five trillion dinars to the state of license fees, taxes of various types and fees," she said, noting that "it is an Iraqi company registered with the Registrar of Companies in Baghdad and has major offices spread throughout the country and the largest in Baghdad because of the largest network with the largest number Of subscribers ".

    Shafaq News / Prime Minister Haider Abadi said that mobile phone companies are subject to the federal authority in the country. 
    The Iraqi government has decided to take steps to control the mobile phone company, which is based in Kurdistan-Iraq. 
    Abadi said at his weekly conference that mobile phone companies had confirmed they were subject to federal authority in Iraq. 
    Both Cork and Asiacell are based in Kurdistan Region. 
    Baghdad has taken punitive measures on Kurdistan after the holding of the referendum, including the suspension of the sale of dollars to the main banks in Kurdistan and the prohibition of foreign currency transfers to the region, in addition to the prohibition of international aviation in the skies of the region.
