    BAGHDAD / Al-Ghad Press: 
    The House of Representatives, on Wednesday, its regular to Thursday, after not being able to pass the law of the Electoral Commission. 
    The correspondent "Al-Ghad Press" in parliament, said that the Presidency lifted the meeting on Wednesday, to Thursday, after breaking the quorum for them, after the withdrawal of a number of deputies.

    He added that the meeting witnessed the termination of the report and discussion of the draft law on Iraq's accession to the Grain Trade Agreement of 1995. 
    The meeting also witnessed the proposal to amend the law of the Electoral Commission to vote, which was rejected by a majority, and then was the proposal to make members of the Board of Commissioners 11 members instead of 9, Which led to the departure of a number of deputies and breaking the legal quorum.
