Britain's Secretary of State for International Development, Rory Stewart, said the only way his country should deal with hundreds of British "supporters" in conflict zones in the Middle East was to kill them.
Stuart said in statements to the British media that the killing should be "the only response" to those who "fundamentally disassociate themselves from any kind of allegiance" to Britain in order to join a terrorist organization.
"They were as members of a dedicated supporter of the Khilafah state," declared Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, commander of the terrorist organization, in 2014.
"They believe in a hateful doctrine of hatred, including killing themselves, killing others and trying to use violence and brutality for a country that lives in the seventh or eighth century," Stewart said.
"We have to be serious about the fact that these are a danger to us, and unfortunately the only way to deal with them, almost all, is to kill them."
The British intelligence service estimates the number of citizens who have traveled to join the "Daqash" since 2014, about 850 people, are among the thousands of foreigners who carry out terrorist operations in the Middle East.
Terrorists from Western countries are a headache for their governments, whose return is an opportunity to either spread terrorist ideology or carry out terrorist operations in their home countries.
