    [ltr]The Ministry of Oil stressed on Tuesday to "oblige" the Iraqi and foreign oil companies to involve private sector companies to implement the projects "by not less than 10%", while pointing out that it aims to activate the role of the private sector "to establish solid national companies.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The ministry said in a statement that it "decided to direct the national and international oil companies on the need to involve the Iraqi private sector in the implementation of various oil projects, including subcontracting or holding or announced tenders or direct calls," stressing the "need for cooperation by all parties concerned for The private sector has a fair and ideal opportunity by "giving priority and support in the competition for active participation in the implementation of the announced projects."[/ltr]
