Twilight News / dozens of the Kurdish community on Friday in front of the headquarters of the United Nations General Assembly in New York State in America to protest the military operations against the Kurdistan Region.
The protesters called on the United Nations to intervene to stop the offensive by Iraqi forces and the popular crowd militia on the Kurds.
London has seen similar protests in front of the Iranian embassy, condemning the attack by the militias backed by Tehran on the territory of Kurdistan.
One of the demonstrators said that "Kurdish protesters will attend the British General Assembly in the coming days, during which will discuss the militia attacks on Kurdistan."
Another demonstrator said that "the Kurdish community will file a lawsuit in the British courts against the Prime Minister Haider Abadi as he holds the nationality of the same country."
He added that the case would be based on violations committed by the militias against Kurds in Kirkuk and other disputed areas.
