    "The Parliament and the Government of the Kurdistan Region, on Tuesday, the draft draft law of the Iraqi budget for the next year 2018, describing it as a draft is unclear and unconstitutional. 
    Parliament Speaker Jaafar Ibrahim Iminki, in the presence of Parliamentary Secretary Bijrad Talabani and the Finance, Economic Affairs and Investment Committee of the Parliament, met on Tuesday with a delegation from the provincial government, including the secretary of the regional council of ministers, Amang Rahim, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance The Acting Economy of Friend Rapar. 
    The statement pointed out that the Deputy Speaker of the Parliament noted the importance of continued coordination between the two sides, stressing the need for parliamentary oversight and follow-up of the work of the government.
    He added that Imenki demanded in this framework the President and members of the Finance and Economic Affairs in the parliament to show all the criticisms and observations and proposals that they have on the draft budget law for Iraq next year 2018 in order to increase the enrichment project Kurdistan Region, which is scheduled to negotiate with the Iraqi government around him. 
    For his part, the Chairman of the Finance and Economic Affairs Committee during the meeting on the points contained in the draft budget law, describing it as unclear and unconstitutional, explaining that the shares of the Kurdistan Region contained in the draft are all reversed, such as determining the proportion of 12.6 percent of the Kurdistan Region. 
    The statement pointed out that the attendees raised many questions and inquiries about the economic and financial conditions in the region and the issue of salaries and problems facing the region on an ongoing basis.
    For their part, members of the government delegation expressed their satisfaction and readiness to hold such meetings and pointed out that they brought with them a set of transparent and clear databases in order to be informed by everyone about the Iraqi budget public 2018, pointing out that the government has many observations and criticisms and prepared their reports and their preparations in this regard and confirmed That an expert committee in the fields of law and finance will be composed of this delegation to go to the Iraqi capital Baghdad for negotiation. 
    On the financial situation and salaries, the government delegation referred to the ongoing governmental efforts to address this problem. 
    At the end of the meeting, the secretary of the regional council of ministers and the finance minister were asked to attend a meeting on Wednesday.
