    The Ministry of Commerce announced the success of its plan to deliver food items to IDP camps and liberated areas.
     
    Minister of Commerce Dr. Salman Al-Jumaili said in a statement that the Ministry of Commerce employees exerted great efforts during the liberation operations and were able, in record times and difficult conditions, to deliver food items to camps for the displaced and areas liberated from Daqash in Anbar and Salah Al-Din and Mosul and parts of Diyala province through a plan developed by the crisis cell and participated in all the formations of the ministry and in coordination with the central committees in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the security services in the operational divisions.
     
    Al-Jumaili explained that his ministry has developed a crisis cell whose plan was not to stop delivering food items to hot spots and liberals, but rather to have general managers in those areas who directly supervise the assessment and processing operations and help our people in these areas overcome their suffering as a result of the control of terrorist groups And the possibility of developing appropriate solutions to overcome these problems as well as procedures related to the verification of displaced families and the boycott of names with the ration card system located in the Department of Planning and Follow-up.
     
    Al-Jumaili said that the ministry has completed the delivery of foodstuffs to all parts of the country, including the new liberated areas in Al-Qaim, Rawa and Badia Al-Jazira, as well as opening the warehouses of Al-Anbar province after the fleet of the Ministry of Transport delivered the province's share of food items to warehouses in Ramadi city center after rehabilitation By the technical staff of the Ministry's companies to be then equipped to all areas of Anbar directly through its local stores and this is happening for the first time in three years.
     
    Pointing out that the current year has seen stability in the process of processing food vocabulary after relying on national origin and abide by the directives of the Council of Ministers to support national industries as well as contracts for the supply of grain according to Iraqi standards.
     
    The crisis cell of the Ministry of Commerce directly supervised the processing of food items to the liberated areas and displaced camps through the departments of the ministry and companies and was able to secure thousands of tons of sugar, edible oil, rice and wheat and transport through the fleet carrier of the Ministry's companies
