Said the head of the bloc of the coalition of parliamentary forces Salah al-Jubouri, that the mass will not vote on the budget includes 200 billion dinars to "serve the Shiite sect," while living a huge number of displaced people by the desert.
"Most of the projects will focus on returning displaced people to their cities as well as their full reconstruction, which is unlikely in the coming months," Jubouri said in a televised interview.
"The elections should be postponed for a period to ensure the creation of a healthy environment for them." It will be the same as the old election card and most of the displaced have been withdrawn cards by the provinces that have been displaced and this will ensure the fraud of the number of voters.
On the other hand, Jubouri said that "the proportion of deductions from the staff will be divided between the displaced and the popular crowd."
