    Economic expert recommends to set development plans through 2014 State Budget

    October 21, 2013.

    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The economic expert, Basim Jamil, revealed that ”The 2014 State Budget can be upgraded by setting comprehensive development foundations commensurate with the five years plan (2013-2017).’‘Speaking to IraqiNews.com, he stated ”The 2013 State budget considered as the biggest budget through out history of Iraq and it should includes strategic goals after amending its form to avoid repeating previous budgets.”

    ”The operating budget requires to reduce the purchasing process of vehicles, furniture and buildings and allocate the major part of allocations for investment sector where there should be a reconstruction council run by experts away of influences and interests of political parties,” noting that ”The operating budget should allocation a portion to support the participation of private sector in reconstruction process,” he concluded.
