    Basra provincial council counted on Saturday the allocations of petrodollars and border crossings in budgets as ink on paper, indicating that Basra has not received its allocations since 2012 six consecutive years.
    A member of the provincial council Ahmed Abdul Hussein for / information / "The allocation of petrodollars and border crossings, although installed in the budget, but Basra did not receive anything from them in reality."
    He added that "these assignments are just ink on paper and did not receive from Basra Shi between 2012 and 2017," stressing that "the deputies of the province in parliament insist on finding the doors to spend and not just leave a fixed number."
