    [ltr]The Council of Ministers, during its regular session chaired by President Haider Abadi, on Tuesday, several decisions, including the approval of the establishment of a factory to produce cards and electronic passports attached to the draft unified national card.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Council of Ministers held its regular session under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi," a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office said. "The council discussed the items on the agenda and issued a number of resolutions on them."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The statement added that "the Council of Ministers renewed congratulations on birthdays," wishing the Christians and all the people of our Iraqi people "to live on the land of peace and peace and reassurance."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He pointed out that "the Council approved the funding and rehabilitation of Ibn al-Kaff hospital for spinal cord injuries to be a rehabilitation center for all the wounded and people with special needs," pointing out that "the Council also agreed to finance the rehabilitation of hospitals capacity of 400 beds."[/ltr]
    [ltr]According to the statement, the council agreed to "establish a factory for the production of cards and electronic passports attached to the draft unified national card", also agree to "the adoption of the Cabinet Resolution No. 87 of 2016 on the integration of ministries and the continuation of legislative procedures."[/ltr]
    [ltr]"The Council approved the report of the Republic of Iraq on the Arab Charter for Human Rights," the statement said, referring to "the approval of the Council to assign the ministries and provinces concerned to take the necessary executive measures and according to the framework document of the General National Plan for Reconstruction and Development of the provinces affected by terrorist operations and the war."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He explained that "the Council agreed to continue to invest in the island of tourist weddings and the neighboring lake and authorize the Higher Committee for Investment and Reconstruction to decide on the subject in the light of a formula that sets the course of the resolution of land ownership without delay the procedures of investment of the signatories mentioned," referring to " Elderly No. 4 of 1985, which was examined by the Council of State. "[/ltr]
    [ltr]He went on to say, "The Council decided that the Supreme Authority for Coordination between the provinces prepare a plan to transfer powers to the liberated provinces during 2018 after the completion of the requirements of the stability of Nineveh, Salah al-Din and Anbar, regularity of periodic meetings of the provincial councils for a period of four months after the adoption of the budget 2018," pointing out that " Approved the registration of the draft comprehensive electronic tax system in accordance with the provisions of the guide to projects for partnership with the private sector.[/ltr]

The Council decided to "approve the establishment by the Ministry of Finance / General Authority for Taxes and the Consulting Office for Information Systems, Accounts and Communications at the University of Baghdad.[/ltr]
