    [ltr]The adviser to the President of the Prime Minister, Haider Abadi, on Monday, the most prominent points of agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, in the context of talking about new developments on negotiations between the federal government and the Kurdistan region to resolve the crisis that arose between the parties against the background of the referendum independence of Kurdistan and its implications.[/ltr]
