The S-400 Triumph batteries have entered service today in the Ras Violet region of Sevastopol in the Crimean Republic of Russia.
The new missile systems have been reinforced with well-known Bantas S-1 batteries to protect sensitive sites and rocket launchers.
At the beginning of last year, the first S-400 missiles were deployed in the Crimea, and it was reported that the S-400 would be deployed there to start the service in early 2018.
The press secretary of Russian President Dmitry Piskov, recently announced that the provocations on the Russian-Ukrainian border in the vicinity of the Crimea is still continuing, which warranted Russia's taking measures and measures to ensure the security of its territory.
