    The association of the "Association of Educational Institutions," on Friday, the closure of the Municipality of Baghdad to 35 schools in the capital, "Dai" not to pay fees for practicing a profession, while the Ministry of Education considered the fees "illegal." 

    "The Municipality of Baghdad has closed 35 private schools in various parts of the capital," said Majid Hamid, a member of the association. "The secretariat claimed that" the reason for closing these schools was because they did not pay fees for practicing the profession, although this is not the competence of the secretariat, Is due to education according to the book of education addressed by the Secretariat recently. " 


    For his part, the founder of a private school in the district of Mahdia in the Dora (south of Baghdad), Luay Latif, that "the municipality of Rashid of the Secretariat of Baghdad used concrete blocks against the civil schools to demand illegal fees." 

    And between Latif "We have a book of education illegal collection only by them, and we have paid those Almbalf in advance to education and official links." 

    For its part, the Ministry of Education, according to a letter addressed to the Secretariat of Baghdad (attached with the news), that these fees are illegal, especially that the institutions intended to pay the fees to grant leave and renewal to the Ministry of Education, which are the same fees fees to practice the profession of private education.
