A member of the Finance Committee Najeeb Najib, that "the draft budget of the financial budget for 2018 contains a grant of leave for 5 years salary for employees wishing to work in the private sector," explaining that "the federal government seeks to reduce public expenses and address the problem of salaries of employees in the budget bill Federal Federation of 2018 ".
Najib pointed out that "the numbers of staff is very large and in order to reduce the pressure on expenses, the government grant leave to employees salary for a period of 5 years, but on terms."
