The economic expert Majid al-Suri, on Saturday, that the problem of implementation of investment projects not related to the control, but lies in the inability of the government to implement laws in force relating to the land and tribal problems.
"The government's procedures to form a high committee composed of integrity and the Financial Control Bureau to accelerate the implementation of investment projects to overcome the routine is a positive thing, but we will not consider the formation of the Committee exceeded the problem of implementation of investment projects."
"The real problem and the main obstacle in the implementation of projects lies in the inability of the government to implement the laws on the abuses of land and tribal problems and this in itself will be the most important and the most prominent problems facing the investment projects approved at the Kuwait conference."
