    The former deputy judge Wael Abdul Latif, Saturday, the presentation of Iraq's investment projects at the Kuwait Conference "an unsuccessful step," noting that the timing is also incorrect.
    "The environment in Iraq is not ready for projects and the Kuwait conference was not successful in offering it to invest in the current time, especially as the investment is looking for a suitable environment to put forward its projects," Abdul Latif said.
    He added that "all the elements of investment does not exist in the country at the present time and the investor is looking for elements of investment in the headquarters of projects," returned "put the investment Kuwait Conference step wrong time."
    He pointed out that "all the investment opportunities presented by Iraq to the Kuwait Conference far from the search of countries, including rail and roads are not insured in the western provinces."
