The expert Jabbar al-Shuwaili said in a press statement: "The recovery of money from abroad is now in need of complex mechanisms, because of the standing Mafiyat large behind the financial and administrative corruption in the state."
He stressed the importance of the government to combat corruption to reach the support of international organizations and eliminate the scourge that is taking root in the body of society.
"Iraq has been a member of the United Nations since 1945, and if the latter finds that there is a real trend towards fighting corruption, Iraq will receive the support of all international organizations to fight it," he said.
