    [ltr]Russian Deputy Minister of Energy, Kirill Moldetov, discussed with the Deputy Foreign Minister, the Minister of Oil, the Minister of Electricity, the oil and gas projects and the reconstruction of the hydroelectric station.[/ltr]
    [ltr]A statement by the Russian Energy Ministry, according to the agency Sputnik and seen by (Mawazin News), "During the talks conducted by Energy Minister Kiril Moldetov, with Iraqi officials were discussed the implementation of the project (Badra) by (Gazprom Oil), in addition to the prospects of the contribution of companies Russian in other projects of gas and oil on the territory of Iraq, as well as issues of restoration and modernization of an electric power station in Iraq.[/ltr]
    [ltr]During his visit to Iraq, Russian Energy Minister Kiril Moldovov held meetings with Iraqi Deputy Foreign Minister Nizar Khairallah, Deputy Minister of Oil Moatasem Hassan Akram and Deputy Minister of Electricity Adel Kadhim Jarayan.[/ltr]
    [ltr]It is worth mentioning that the Badra oil field is located in Wasit province, and its geological reserves are estimated at 3 billion barrels. According to the deal, , The Korean company Kogas (22.5 percent) and the Turkish Petroleum Company (7.5 percent). The Iraqi government in this consortium is 25 percent owned by Oil Exploration.[/ltr]
    [ltr]It is worth noting that the commercial shipments of oil from Badra field started in August 2014 and the field currently operates on three wells, while three other wells are being drilled.[/ltr]
