    A parliamentary source revealed on Wednesday the existence of new conditions set by the central government to increase the share of Kurdistan to 14% of the financial budget.
    The source said in a statement that "the central government in Baghdad stipulated on the delivery of Kurdistan airports and border crossings and the export of oil must be from the center compared to increase the proportion of the financial budget to 14%."
    The source added that "the subject of the budget is the main concern of the government and parliament at this time and we hope to resolve during today's meeting." C
