The speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri on Thursday called for the need to start an "open" dialogue with Arab and neighboring countries based on common interests, warning that the escalation of violence and the determination of some parties to the security solution will lead the region to the undesirable consequences.
"It is time to start a frank dialogue based on common interests and historical ties without compromising any right to resolve all disputes," Jubouri said in a speech at the Zahra International Conference, which is held on the occasion of the birth of Mrs. Fatima Al Zahraa and her follower. Warning that "differences will return to the region only more conflicts."
"The escalation of violence and the spread of mass massacres and the determination of some parties to the security solution and violence at the expense of all initiatives will lead the region to the undesirable consequences." Ending / 25
