    [rtl]The MP for the National Alliance Zahir al-Abbadi, on Friday, that the current cabinet cab will see a change to the full faces existing, during the formation of the next government.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]"The next government will be built on the basis of the independent technocrats, so all current ministers will be replaced in the next cabinet," Abbadi said in a statement."He said.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Abadi added that "there is a general trend in all political blocs towards achieving this requirement," stressing the need to "choose the competence and the holders of competence in order to ensure their access to power"He said.[/rtl]
