    MP of the Union of Forces Raad Dahlaki, Sunday, that the coming days will witness the signing of the so-called "document of honor" electoral formally, saying that the document aims to allow for the conduct of "transparent elections."
    Al-Dahlaki said in a statement that the "electoral honor document signed recently by the political blocs aims to allow for transparent elections and not to restrict the candidates in some areas," without clarifying the mechanism followed by the "document of honor" in that.
