MP of the Union of Forces Raad Dahlaki, Sunday, that the coming days will witness the signing of the so-called "document of honor" electoral formally, saying that the document aims to allow for the conduct of "transparent elections."
Al-Dahlaki said in a statement that the "electoral honor document signed recently by the political blocs aims to allow for transparent elections and not to restrict the candidates in some areas," without clarifying the mechanism followed by the "document of honor" in that.
He added Dahalki, "The document will be officially signed by the Presidency of the Republic in the coming days," noting that "the United Nations is the document oversees."
The Electoral Charter of Honor, published by the Saudi daily Asharq Al-Awsat on Saturday, contains 24 articles governing the legislative elections scheduled for next May, including "condemning any sectarian or ethnic discourse" and "rejecting violence," as well as " Pressure such as threats or incitement or forcing voters to vote.
