    Hum, this piece sings a different tune from the other reads of the signing of 500 million profit forgiven.

    Yes it does because it came from the" director of international organizations at the Foreign Ministry" .. This could just be an editorial piece coming from that director of international organization. Meaning just his opinion & not of higher officials in the Kuwaiti Govt... We'll see though because we all know we have seen & read a lot of Iraq & Kuwait saying that they want CH7 gone.
