Marathon the largest bloc dominates the political scene .. Will be the scenario of 2010?

Iraq is likely to live a hot and long political row over alliances, especially after the results of the 2018 parliamentary elections are announced.
Iraqis are waiting for the political blocs that won the parliamentary elections to accelerate the resolution of the formation of the new government in order to achieve their applications in the fight against corruption and the provision of services.
Observers believe that reaching a map of the formation of the government and the distribution of office posts is difficult, especially since most of the electoral lists are close to the results. There are also many approaches to the political blocs, including those seeking a majority government and others calling for national partnership.
According to observers, the next government will take a long time to form because of the intersection of blocks in the visions and programs, the political movement to form the largest parliamentary bloc will face many obstacles, the most important position of the next prime minister, which aspires to the alliance pass while the Islamic Dawa Party tries to stick to it.
The external factor plays an important and prominent role in the formation of the next government. There are two axes that mostly favor the Iraqi political scene, namely, America and Iran, in contrasting thorny files, and probably in other files, especially those related to forming the government and naming the prime minister.
Observers do not rule out the repetition of the scenario of 2010 through the formation of a large block of which the Prime Minister will share
A source familiar with Maliki's agreement reached a principled after a meeting held at his home with representatives of the coalition of victory and the alliance of Fatah and the movement of the desire to form a large coalition allows him to form a pariah next government.
He added that the two sides agreed in principle to take over Haider Abadi for a second term.
The political analyst Abbas al-Ardawi told the newspaper that "everyone is talking about after counting votes and whether the 2010 scenario can be repeated in forming the next government," adding that "there is a possibility if the declared results are semi-final and if the invitation is placed in one position, That there is a parity between the conquest and the law and thus with the polarization of some blocks, especially the wisdom that enables the current seats to be a strong player and the heart of the political process.
The Iraqi government was formed in 2010 according to the national partnership headed by Nuri al-Maliki, despite winning the list of Iyad Allawi won 91 seats, while the coalition of the rule of law led by Nuri al-Maliki won 89 seats.
But it was soon formed the National Alliance, which included all the Shiite lists to reach 159 seats and thus was able to form a government at the time under Maliki.
Hisham Rikabi, director of the media office of the leader of the coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki, that the coming hours will witness the announcement of the alliance of the largest bloc in the House of Representatives next.
Al-Rikabi said in an interview with the «Journal», that "the coalition of the rule of law began to move to form a broad coalition of political forces of multiple different ethnic and sectarian components to form the largest bloc in the new parliament," adding that "the coalition received positive messages from political forces have the weight to join To this alliance.
According to the Iraqi constitution, it gives the blocks winning the elections for 90 days to form the largest parliamentary bloc, which has the right to nominate the Prime Minister to be officially assigned by the President of the Republic.
