BAGHDAD / NINA / First deputy of the head of House of Representatives,
Qusay al-Suhail, condemned Kadhimiya, Shomali and Hindia bombings, which
claimed lives of dozens of innocent citizens.
He said in a
statement by his press office today 9, Feb that "terrorist groups
targeted innocent citizens in the Kadhimiya, Shomali and Hindia in an
attempt to exploit the current situation, the country is passing
through, to disrupt its unity and social fabric."
He called
for the security services to " follow an effective and a new strategy to
face terrorism," referring to "the importance of activating the
intelligence effort and track down criminals and bring them to justice
to be punished."
It is mentioned that car bombs targeted,
yesterday, Kadhimiya in Baghdad, Shomali in Babylon and Hindia in
Karbala, killing and wounding dozens of innocent people. / End
