    [ltr]Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz issued 23 royal orders, most notably the exemption of the Minister of Labor from his post and the establishment of a Ministry of Culture and its separation from the Ministry of Information and the development of new government bodies.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The royal orders were issued by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Saturday, appointing Ahmed bin Sulaiman bin Abdul Aziz al-Rajhi as minister of labor, Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan al-Saud as minister of culture and Saleh bin Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed al-Sheikh, Council for Political and Security Affairs, and Abdul Latif bin Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Rahman Al-Sheikh, Minister of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance.[/ltr]
    [ltr]King Salman also issued an order establishing a Royal Commission for the Holy City of Makkah and Holy Places. The Authority shall have a Board of Directors headed by the Deputy Prime Minister and a Royal Guard Council shall be established in the Royal Court.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The orders included approval of the Crown Prince's proposal to establish a department named "Management of the Historical Jeddah Project", which is linked to the Ministry of Culture, with an independent budget.[/ltr]
