    [ltr]Sources close to, revealed three challenges facing dialogues to form a new government and obstructed, according to Al-Hayat newspaper.[/ltr]
    [ltr]The newspaper quoted sources as saying that "information that the leaders of political blocs and leaders are holding shuttle meetings, on the sidelines of breakfast dinners organized sequentially, to discuss the deconstruction of the formation of the new government."[/ltr]
    [ltr]The sources pointed out that "three types of challenges faced dialogues and obstructed, notably the lack of agreement in the form of the largest bloc, in the case of a Shiite full or varied, and the second form the next government in the case of a majority political government or national unity, in addition to the Prime Minister.[/ltr]
    [ltr]She explained that "the various meetings have not been able to break the deadlock in the various files, but believes that the cuff began to tend, with regional and international support, towards the national unity government, which is still leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr, Reshaping and insisting that the next government be technocrats. "[/ltr]
    [ltr]The Iraqis voted on Saturday 12 May 2018 to elect a new parliament. These elections are the first after the defeat of the "Da'ash" organization, while the Independent Electoral Commission announced that the participation rate in the elections reached 44%.[/ltr]
