After (10) ends the life of parliament .. Will Iraq enter the constitutional vacuum?

Baghdad / .. The legal expert Tariq Harb, on Wednesday, that after the end of the life of the House of Representatives, will not enter Iraq in the void Constitution.
"There will be no constitutional vacuum in Iraq and the Iraqi government will not be a caretaker government after the end of the parliament," he said. "There will be only a parliamentary vacuum, and this is completely different from the constitutional vacuum."
He added that "the current government will not be a caretaker government, because the Constitution identified only two cases on this issue, the first is the questioning and withdrawal of confidence and the second is the dissolution of parliament, and what will happen is the end of the life of parliament, so the current government has full powers."
