The legal adviser to the representative of the government in [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]the House of Representatives[/url] Jabbar al- Shuweili , that the political movement to form the largest bloc began long after the announcement of the results of the primary elections, but did not give a large parliamentary bloc in [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]the House of Representatives[/url] can submit a candidate for prime minister.
He said that what took place during the previous period is only understandings and political movement intended to feel the pulse of political blocs each other and to stand on cases in which the parliamentary bloc can be the largest of the two blocs, three or four or more or less.
He added that the political blocs are racing to put the parliamentary bloc the most number and therefore this will be important and will reach half the stage of transit to form the next government, and we look forward to be a government services and not a government of political consensus or national partnership or political partnership or similar designations launched on previous governments Which did not meet the aspirations of the Iraqi people and street.
Al-Shuwaili said: "We aspire as Iraqi contractors to be our next government, a government of technocrats and government services and not based on the principle of quotas or political consensus and feel the concerns of citizens, noting that the first session of parliament could have been open for a week or a month or two or three or four, , And therefore here the Federal Court opinion in this regard and determined in its decision that this meeting is one session can not be extended and can not be made open in accordance with the text of Article 54, which stipulated in the last paragraph can not be extended for more than the mentioned period, so this meeting must be F Ha elected speaker of parliament and deputy first his second and his deputy absolute majority of council members and elected by secret ballot, and as stipulated in the constitutional article 55, that the first session devoted to the election of the President of the Council and Deputy Vice-second, and elected direct secret rather than public.
