    The Council of the province of Basra, Sunday, that the funds allocated to the projects of the province has been transferred to the war effort in 2015 by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. 347, indicating that the parliament promised to include the funds of Basra within the next budget to complete the completed projects.
    A member of the provincial council, Ahmed Abdul Hussein, said in a statement to the "Information" / that "the decision of the Council of Ministers No. 347 in 2015 after the entry of Dahesh, the text of the transfer of funds in the provinces to the battle, especially that the war against terrorism requires more funds."
    He added that "all the money that was a predecessor to be granted to projects that have reached the percentage of completion to 90%, especially schools, were transferred to the war effort by the Council of Ministers No. 347," noting that "the number of projects that were stopped in Iraq estimated at about 6 trillion Dinars and the rate of achievement is very large in these projects, which are highlighted by schools and hospitals, such as hospital Abu al-Khasib, Hartha and Zubair.
    "The decision stopped all new projects and left the old without completion, although there are companies that submitted their offers and agreed to work on the condition of obtaining bank guarantees, but it was not allowed under the decision of the Council of Ministers."
    He stressed that "the House of Representatives understand the suffering of Basra, and promised his boss, Mohamed Halboussi during his visit to Basra, work to cancel the said resolution, as agreed with the Council of Basra to recycle funds and added to the budget of 2019." Ending / 25 n
