    Council suspended Wednesday its usual "quorum" after it was supposed to
    discuss the budget 2013 along with the proposal put forward at the
    previous meeting to allocate funds to develop judicial Najaf and Kufa,
    and ratified by the Ministry of planning.


    He
    said the Council's spokesman Mohammad Al-khuzai told (range) that "the
    Council has decided to lift its to next Sunday, because a quorum of
    members", stating that "eleven subject was supposed to be discussed by
    Council members including the adoption of the budget 2013".


    For
    his part, President of the Commission services in Najaf province Council
    Muhammad Ayed on (press term) the "members of the Council underlined
    through their proposal at a meeting Sunday on the need for conservation
    to infrastructure projects.


    And
    "proposed Ayed was approved by the Ministry of planning and is awaiting
    approval by the Council Presidency," he said, adding that "the meeting
    filed due to lack of quorum, preventing the completion of the proposed
    authentication".


    Ayed
    said the "proposed the allocation of 14% of the budget for sewage
    sector, 13% of the electricity sector in the health sector accounted for
    11% of local budget, with the roads and bridges sector 10% of the
    overall budget."


    Ayed
    said that "the Council has to approve the budgets of districts, areas
    and determine the 137 billion for Najaf and Kufa to spend 42 billion,"
    he said, adding that the proposal has been approved by all members. "


    The
    Federal Government has ratified the country's general budget for 2013 in
    last October, and amounted to 138 trillion Iraqi dinars, the share of
    Najaf from 296 billion Iraqi dinars.
