A political source revealed on Tuesday the nomination of Judge Rizgar Mohammed Amin, who was one of the judges of the Central Criminal Court, who ruled the former regime chief of the Dujail crime as a compromise candidate for the Ministry of Justice.
"The prime minister, Adel Abdul Mahdi, will present Judge Rizgar Mohammed Amin for the post of Justice Ministry," the source told Al-Maalouma. "Rizgar is an independent figure and does not belong to any political party."
The source, who declined to be identified, said that "the step is to resolve the Kurdish dispute over the post of Justice Ministry." Ending / 15
