Shafaq News / MP of the Alliance for Reform and Reconstruction Hassan Khalati, on Saturday, the extension of the legislative term of the Iraqi Council of Representatives "automatically".
Khalati told Ashqaf News that "the current legislative term ends at the end of this month, but with the arrival of the law of the budget of 2019, and read the first reading, was extended its legislative term automatically, according to the rules of procedure of the parliament."
He pointed out that "the legislative term will not end until after the adoption of the budget of 2019, even if it lasted six months or more, the Council remains in place until the vote on the budget, and then end the legislative chapter and take a holiday."
