US Republican Senator Lindsey Graham called on President Donald Trump to declare a state of emergency in the country to get money to build the wall along the border with Mexico.
"It is time for Trump to use emergency powers to build a wall or a barrier on the border," said Graham, who is an important ally of President Trump in Congress.
He added that the Democratic Party really refused to discuss the construction of the wall, which impede the possibility of reaching any agreement with Congress in this regard.
Trump can declare a state of emergency in his country and try to use it to get money from the Pentagon's approved budget to build the wall on the border, as members of the Democratic Party in Congress refused to allocate funds to implement the project. Because of these differences, the administration has not succeeded in approving the budget of a number of ministries of the state, which makes them work on the low schedule since 22 December last. This phenomenon included ministries of foreign affairs, justice, transport, internal security, and others.
