The customs authority at the customs center of Zerbatiya, bordering Iran, on Saturday banned the "Arakil" glass shipment as a violation of the import controls.

In a statement issued by the government information and communication department, the authority said that "the shipment of the arakil of Iranian origin is in violation of the import conditions and has been prohibited according to the amended Customs Law No. 23 of 1984".

It is worth mentioning that the Commission, from time to time, and through its directorates, prevent and re-issue materials and goods that are in violation or failed in laboratory tests in the interest of the safety of Iraqi society.
