Qatar International Islamic Bank raises foreign ownership to 49% of capital

The Extraordinary General Assembly of Qatar Islamic International has approved an increase in the non-Qatari investors' ownership of not more than 49% of the Bank's capital as a maximum of 25% previously.
The Board also approved the recommendation of the Board of Directors to amend the share price par value distribution regulation in accordance with Qatar Financial Market Authority's decision to become the nominal value of the share (QR 1) instead of SR10.
