    The Association of Iraqi Private Banks concluded Thursday the "Comprehensive Program for New Bankers" program, with the participation of 45 trainees from the Central Bank of Iraq, private banks and financial transfer companies.
    Ahmed Al Hashemi, Director of Administration and Training at the Association of Private Banks, said that the training session was held in cooperation with the Joint Development and Consultancy Group and the Central Bank, which lasted for five days. Of them in the banking and financial system and increase their knowledge on various aspects of banking, which facilitates the process of their involvement in their institutions and raise their intellectual and practical efficiency.
    Hashemi added that "the main topics discussed are combating money laundering in banks and accounting banks as well as the ethics of the banking profession."
    He pointed out that "the training program was introduced to participants on bank accounts and electronic clearing and direct and indirect credit facilities, in addition to bank guarantees."
