[rtl]The Iraqi Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that a Kuwaiti apology to Iraq would be submitted for "abuse" of Iraqi women.[/rtl]
[rtl]"The Iraqi people will be apologized by the abuser to Iraqi women," State Department spokesman Ahmed al-Sahaf said in a statement to the news agency.[/rtl]
[rtl]It is noteworthy that the tribal leader of Kuwait, Falah bin Jameh appeared in a video on Tuesday, saying that the women of Basra practiced acts of cowardice in Kuwait, which caused widespread public discontent in Iraq.[/rtl]
