    The speaker of the House of Representatives stressed that achieving political stability and uniting the word will provide an environment conducive to the process of construction and development.
    A statement to the Information Office of the Speaker of the House of Representatives that "Halbousi visited the district of Samarra during his field tour in Salahuddin province, where he met with a number of officials in the local council, and heard a presentation by officials in the judiciary on the problems and obstacles facing service departments in completing projects in the field of housing Roads and bridges and the construction of hospitals. They also called for a review of the security plans in the city and the holy military threshold and the disengagement of military leaders.
    The Speaker of the House of Representatives said during a mass rally attended by a group of city dignitaries, religious scholars and academics that he is honored today to be in the city of science and the city of the holy military threshold, the rich city of its cards.
    "We are indebted to this city, which broke the brink of terrorism from the very first moment," he said, adding that political stability and unifying the word will provide an environment conducive to the process of construction and development.
    He called on the Speaker of the House of Representatives to strengthen the confidence of citizens in the security services and non-restriction of freedom, stressing the need for joint efforts between the private sector and the public; to provide jobs and eliminate unemployment.
