    The Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Adel Abdul Mahdi, Saturday, the congestion in the capital Baghdad fell by 60%, referring to the reopening of nine streets in the Green Zone. 

    "The government program promised the Iraqi citizen to return the joy and pleasure of years of hardship today," said the secretary of Prime Minister Lieutenant General Mohammad Hamid al-Bayati. "The streets of the Green Zone are open to the right and left to the north and south." 

    Al-Bayati added that "Nine streets (in the Green Zone) have been opened, and many of the concrete blocks have been lifted, so there are no obstacles and no barriers to the citizen." He added that "the congestion in Baghdad has decreased by 60%.

    For his part, Major General Jassem Yahya of the leadership of the Special Division, "The number of concrete blocks raised from the Green Zone more than 7000 block, and went to the establishment of stores of wheat and barley to meet the needs of the farmer, according to the commander-in-chief of the armed forces."
