    Emirates Airline has announced plans to launch the world's shortest flight on the world's largest commercial aircraft, the Airbus A380. Emirates said two daily A380 flights between Dubai and Muscat International Airport will begin in Amman, The first flight will begin on July 1. 
    "Flights on board the A380 will last for eight months," she said in a tweet on her official Twitter account. 
    The distance between Dubai and Muscat is no more than 340 kilometers, which is a shorter distance than the length of all the A380's, which, according to Airbus, extends more than 500 kilometers "if it were pulled in a straight line. 
    The A380 is the world's largest double-decker aircraft with four Rolls-Royce Trent 900 jet engines.
