    The head of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce Abdul Razzaq al-Zuhairi said on Saturday that the gross output of the Iraqi private sector is still bad and does not constitute only 4 percent of the gross output, pointing out that there are clear attempts to raise this level.
    "Iraq has begun to gradually shift from relying on the public sector to the private sector, but this transformation may take years," Zuhairi told the news agency.
    The head of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, said that Iraq "needs to enact some new laws as well as the reconstruction and restoration of infrastructure that expands the work of the private sector and his entry as a competitor in the Iraqi market."
