Deputy: blocks seeking to secure their votes for future sessions through special grades

Al-Badairi said in a statement to Al-Mawdara that "the file of the special grades is exempt from quotas, as the blocs are working on arranging this file in order to obtain their shares, and may get one of them more than the other according to the agreement concluded among them in addition to their weight in parliament" .
He added that "a lot of special grades in addition to the general managers and agents of the ministries and add to the independent bodies, all subject to quotas, and what is only building the deep state seeks blocks through which to secure their votes for the upcoming elections," noting that "the opposition is working to uncover the facts and pressure on the blocks In order to stay away from quotas and to choose competencies for private positions. "
