Issuance of a new issue of Al Waqa'e newspaperLight News / Baghdad
Justice Department announced on Thursday the release of the new issue of the Iraqi Gazette number 4551, which includes the amnesty law of tax penalties.
According to a ministry statement received by Al-Noor News, the number included the issuance of the amnesty law from tax penalties No. (9) for 2019 and Law No. (11) for 2019, the first amendment to the Federal General Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq No. (1) for 2019. ”.
He added that “the number also included the issuance of decrees of the Republic No. (42), (43) and (46) for the year 2019, and the Law of the Naval College No. (3) for the year 2019 issued by the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (252) of 2019 and the internal regulations No. (1). Amending the bylaws of the divisions of the Legal Department in the Ministry of Justice and its functions No. (1) of 2011. ''
In addition to the issuance of data, including a statement issued by the Ministry of Justice No. (28) for 2019 and a correction statement issued by the Tourism Authority, as well as the issuance of controls No. (1) for 2019 the first amendment of the controls on the declaration of funds when entered and taken out across the Iraqi border No. 1 of 2017 ”.
