The deputy of the Committee on Economy and Investment, Riyad al-Tamimi, Sunday, that the law of the integration of public and private sector will blow up the investment law.
Al-Tamimi said, "The law of merging the public and private sector will blow up the investment law, which allows participation contracts and investment contracts in factories and factories," pointing out that "the law is inconsistent with the previous laws and will be amended to serve the private sector."
He explained, "This law is still in the process of studying from the Committee on the economy to find out its pros and cons, and will be meeting with representatives of the private sector to learn their views on it and merged with the government viewpoint."
Al-Tamimi pointed out that "the committee is serious in its legislation during the coming period if it is convinced of its feasibility and its importance to the public interest."
He added, "The private sector believes that the draft law is not appropriate for the existence of the law of participation with the existence of an investment law that allows work and participation," noting that "the law does not abolish the government, as well as other economic laws, but it will be synonymous with them and this will cause disputes over it."
The committee member pointed out that "the draft law has been turned into a committee of advisers to study it," expecting that "the committee will be able to determine its position during the next week."
