Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, on Thursday, the rise of Iraq's internal and external debt, pointing to the agreement on several steps to control the public budget accurately.
"90 percent of the state budget depends on oil resources," Abdul-Mahdi said in a speech during the meeting of the committee on the preparation of the 2020 budget, which was followed by Mawazine News Agency.
He added that "there are priorities for the government, including increasing the treasury imports and increasing the non-oil resources of the state."
