{Baghdad: Euphrates News} The Ministerial Council for Social Services decided in its sixth regular session.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement received (Euphrates News) that the Council recommended the Council of Ministers, except those appointed to hold in all ministries and entities not associated with the Ministry and the provinces, from the requirement of advertising for the vacant grades the condition of matching competence in accordance with the primacy of the contract.
