The Council of Ministers approved the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Social Services regarding the exclusion of construction companies and contractors from the requirement of mechanisms.
According to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the decision stipulated extending the work of the Council of Ministers Resolution (313 of 2019) regarding the exclusion of contracting companies and contractors when renewing the classification identity, or amending the degree from the condition of mechanisms for a period of two years.
This decision is implemented starting from the date of its issuance, while the Ministry of Planning is re-examining the amendment of the instructions for classification of construction companies and contractors and listing in the blacklist, which contributes to overcoming obstacles.
